I was really happy with the service and the staff are lovely. Just thought $50 for a shellac infill wasa bit expensive I usually pay a lot less. It's unfortunate as I would really like to continue but maybe for something else not nails.

My fav nail salon. Excellent customer service. Ladies are lovely and do a fantastic manicure and pedicure. Highly recommend

2 HOURS FOR A FRESH SET OF NAILS!!!Walked in at 3pm for my nails and walked out just after 5pm. What the actual…I sat there whilst they slowly did my nails.. 2 hours later!! They’re extremely uneven, not the colour I asked for and because they stuffed up when painting so many times, they kept going over and over with a translucent colour and cannot see one nail that has the same colour as the other! Heaps of acrylic underneath still and not flat and flush. There are bubbles all through the paint and also chunks of acrylic underneath the paint.No discount, no apology for their horrendous work they had numerous people try to fix.Highly recommend going elsewhere.

5 star customer service and salon, highly recommend, won’t go anywhere else now! The most clean and hygienic salon I have ever been too (I have my own numbered nail tool box) - they actually care about their customers and you can feel it! Walked in feeling down and left feeling amazing! Can’t speak any higher of this salon!

I did manicure shellac nails and pedicure and it was amazing. Great team and so patient. But the best of my experience at urban nail and beauty was the magnificent facial I got. It was so relaxing, i got head, arms and chest massage and holly mother of Jesus it was awesome. Strongly recommend these guys.

These girls are absolutely amazing had my first set done about 2 months ago today I got a refill and they are absolutely fantastic love the work these girls do extremely satisfying
