Charged me full price for a missed appointment?? Cancelled on me multiple times for lip tattoo sessions at the last minute yet had the audacity to chastise me for a missed appointment. Once when I was sick she sent me a sad face complaining that it would be hard to fill the spot despite me having been a longtime customer. She even accepted extra cash I gave her for a lash appointment because I was being nice lol. Don’t go here - takes forever to do a simple lash set. Save your money and go somewhere that won’t take two hours out of your day for basic lashes and who has some integrity. She literally charged my card from details she kept on file without my consent for a service she did not provide. I raised a dispute with my bank but this isn’t something I should have to deal with from my lash lady - disgusting

I've been getting my lashes done for a long time, and Raven Queen is hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. Not only is Anna so lovely and friendly, her work is brilliant and I’m LOVING my lashes. Cannot recommend more highly, you're in excellent hands!
