Got a flat tire half way through the day and the extra tire they gave us had a hole in it at the pump they gave us was not compatible with the tube. We also only had 1 spare tire between the 4 of us and it was broken. I called the phone number they have us and the lady was not nice about helping us out and said we would have to pay 75$ for them to bring another tire when the one they gave us was broken. Would give 0/5 stars

My family and I hired bikes for the day and had the most amazing day! The service from the team at hunter bicycle tours was exceptional. They were knowledgeable on the area, offered to collect our bikes from any winery along the way if we needed it and gave us suggestions of places to go. Would highly recommend them to anyone

We hired 4 bikes today from such late notice, being yesterday. The team were super friendly and very helpful. Hiring the bikes made our experience of roaming around hunter valley very memorable. Would recommend to anyone coming to hunter valley to hire a bike To get the real experience. The bikes were also electric so we got to each destination half the time time google maps advised. Great experience.

Easy and convenient bike rental. They accommodated us with everything we needed and having them drop off and pick up the bikes was very handy. Would rent again!

Hired 10 bikes (mix of e-bikes and normal) for a day to visit local wineries. Very easy to arrange with Steve who was a lifesaver and delivered and picked them up from where we were staying. Bikes were in great condition, smooth gears, fully charged batteries, obviously very well maintained. Will definitely use this company again the next time we cometo the Hunter!

So easy, they dropped our bikes to our hotel and picked them up the next day. New, quality bikes. Friendly and efficient. Great way to visit wineries and get some fresh air. Highly recommended.

Great bike hire, new equipment, we booked it all online. Steve the owner really knows the local area and recommended some great routes. They dropped off and collected the bikes from our accommodation so it was all easy.
