These windows are magnificent. I was referred to Plustec by another happy customer. Everything went as planned, ;delivery was prompt, and installation was masterfully and quietly done. I do not understand why these European style windows are still not often seen here in Australia; they tick every box for me.

We have replaced so far 3 french doors and a couple of windows.Service was great and on time, great people to deal with and the best windows, great european quality. Tilt and turn are the best for upstairs windows as can be cleaned both sides from inside. Can t wait to change the rest of the windows.

We had all our windows replaced by Plustec three years ago and it has been one of the best decisions we ever made.They were expertly installed and still look like new.The two really big improvements have been in noise reduction and insulation. Where before we were boiling in summer and freezing in winter, we now no longer have those extremes and don’t need any air-conditioning or heaters. We want to praise the professional staff who made the whole process go so efficiently.

Got the house refitted with their windows. Great and rapid response - great attention to detail by the team and rapid turnaround. Very good at communicating with us too.Worthwhile going to their demonstration room in Emu plains to get an idea of what you get and how the mechanisms work. The salesperson was very good, not pushy and took his time with us.

Vitaly and his team did a great job. Everything about the installation was excellent. The windows and sliding door we got work so well. We are right now much warmer than we would be without them and the house is cooler in summer and it is now so quiet inside.

I cannot fault anything about the Plustec doors we had installed and the service we received. We spent weeks researching options and various companies and without a doubt, Plustec is excellent quality and also value. Installation took a day and Vitaly was very careful of the house (and our new floorboards) when moving them in, installing them and cleaning up afterwards. It was like he was never there when he left. The doors have changed our life, they block all the noise and look great.

The Plustec windows are amazing and excellent value for high quality, environmentally friendly windows. I really love the European style, tilt-and-turn which provides safety and security. All staff have excellent knowledge and expertise and are very friendly and helpful. The installers are also highly skilled. I have used Plustec windows on projects for several years and can't recommend the total experience highly enough to others.

From first contacting Plustec to inquire about their windows to now having replaced all our old aluminium windows with their product it has been a customer service pleasure. All the staff are very polite and helpful, nothing is a bother for them. The preliminary discussions through to product choice and install have all been an inclusive and timely and done with the utmost professionalism.The product itself is wonderful, they are stylish and above all they are excellent in their thermal properties and noise suppression. We have a lot of passing traffic and with these windows installed we barely notice the noise anymore. The temperature inside is more even all year round.Given our climate I don't know why this type of window is not used more often in building.
