I came here with my Audi after trying 2 other mechanics and the Audi centre itself, to no avail. A colleague of mine recommended this place after a positive experience. I’ll admit I was hesitant at first, as it is out of my area and I didn’t want to waste another trip to be disappointed again. After spending a ridiculous amount of time and money trying to get a proper diagnosis and repair, I decided I didn’t have much else to lose. I’m glad I took a chance on this place because my colleague was right. This man was confident, knowledgeable, reliable and above all, honest and courteous. I parked my car on Tuesday afternoon and drove away with it 24 hours later, as if there had been no glitch in the first place. To top it all off, he is reasonably priced. Specifically, I was charged about half of what Audi quoted me. I know where I’ll be bringing my car from now on. The hour trek is completely worth it and I am recommending this business to everyone I know. My only wish is that I had discovered it sooner before I wasted my time and money elsewhere.
