Excellent customer service by a staff member called Ricky. He was very knowledgeable and courteous helping with my laptpp issue and purchasing new laptop for my husband. Well done, lets have more Rickys in retail.

There is a consistent lack of regard and pride in the quality of customer service produced by some staff members at this store. Constant and careless mistakes and misinformation which result in wasted time and money for their customers. Management show a lack of availability and willingness to address any concerns.

Came here twice, everything was good although the photo printing machines were broken. The young woman printed out from the front desk. James ( not sure if my memory of his name is correct) the young man helped me to cut my photos.

Be prepared to wait 15-20mins for them to bring out your click and collect order, quicker to just shop in store and go through the checkout

Every time I go to this store to buy something, there is no one willing to offer any customer service. Everyone is too busy being either a store man and packer or walking around the store just doing laps and avoiding the customers. I walked in yesterday to buy a mobile phone for my father and had to beg for someone to help me choose the right phone which at the end I just gave up and left. Pathetic service, that was the last time, never going there again unless I just need pens or copy paper or basic stationary!

Officework workers are of great assistance, especially the ones at the cash registers, assisting me when I ask for equipment when I don't know where they are located. Shoutout goes to Emilia who is very polite every time I come, which makes me come to this place every time.

Worst customer service ever! The staff members are not approachable and their behaviours show how unwilling they are to attend my issue.Officeworks should really take it seriously and hire someone who are more responsible and know what they are doing.Had to come here to print some documents but it was really a nightmare. The printer ran out of paper and stopped printing after the staff filled up the tray. Wasted close to 30 minutes for this to be solved and there were misinformation provided by different staff members.

A large store with a good selection of products. My only feedback would be for the staff to approach customers in the tech section and offer some help. We were standing there confused for a while and no one came up to us to offer any help.

I come here often to print my photos and i had a problem with the machine so i asked for a staff to help me out. But she was rather unhelpful. She had no basic knowledge of customer service. Most of the time my experience here is good but today that particular girl sitting behind the counter near self printing station, she was very bad with her communication skills. Management should train some of their staffs to be more customer oriented. FYI, i am writing this review just outside your outlet.Thank you and all the best.

Went in for a router the other day and was assisted by Ricky. He was incredibly helpful and kind. Im usually good with tech, but quite unaware of what is good for routers but he was able to give me loads of valuable information to pickout a good value choice for my needs ans budget. Walked away with a great deal and product in somewhat stressful times otherwise. Thank you so much Ricky!
