Custom Aluminium Windows is just fantastic to deal with. After ordering our window, we have been in lockdown for months and couldn’t pick it up. No worries, they just held on to it until our builder could pick it up and nothing is too much trouble. Very highly recommend them!

I have been a customer for Custom Aluminum Windows for last 6 years. I have bought sliding doors and windows to my house from them. What I do really like about this company is not only the high quality of the products they produce, but also the customer service they consistently provide. My experience is that this professional and friendly customer service goes through the whole organisation from accounts team to the delivery team. Eg yesterday the sliding door delivery time was estimated to take place from 9:00am to 9:30am - I got the delivery 9:00am.

We ordered a BAL40 rated box bay window from Custom Aluminium Windows for a Blue Mountains extension. They are such a lovely company to deal with - very helpful and accommodating in every way. Even with a building delay, they kindly stored our window for us, then delivered it in perfect condition. Very friendly, patient and helpful staff with good advice and tips. The price of the window was significantly cheaper than big name competitors. Would definitely use them again in the future! Highly recommended!
