The Job - a 2cm wide dent and cracked rear tail light. Cost $1428, time taken 4 days.Price - Hundreds of dollars more expensive than other quotes. I hoped this would mean that they were very good. I was wrong. I was also called back days later after agreeing to go ahead with the quote to be told that it will cost more money.Workmanship - All I got back was work that looked nowhere close to new. I have to take it back for them to fix they're sub-par repair job. Scratches from tools and a loose panel.Service - WORST OF ALL was the staff. They didn't even hand over their work, they just threw the keys at my father (who picked up the car) and told him it was out on the street. And when I took it back, the same man who quoted me was rude, unprofessional and acted like I had done something to offend him by bringing the car back to ask for it to be repaired to a reasonable standard.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS BUSINESS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Lovely front of office staff and great repair of hail damage (under insurance so no idea on cost). But car sunroof now does not open (after they took it out to fix the hail) - which has never been an issue before. And they say it is a maintenance issue and are saying they won’t repair it....

I've used these guys multiple times and you never want to have your car fixed, but these guys are quick, professional and do a great job. Always nice to get a clean car back as well!Parking can be a bit if an issue though, so if you haven't been before be sure to ask them what is best for arrival at what time.

I required repairs to the front right hand corner of my 2015 Mazda 3 SP25. The team at Bondi Collision were very pleasant to deal with, and the quality of the repair work is exceptional. Bondi Collision Centre made sure that I was well taken care of, and set my mind at peace by reassuring me of each step of the process. They are willing to answer all my questions and guided me, allowing me to feel confident that everything was going to be alright.As for the actual work itself, they have done a great job (so far as I can tell). They also made sure to clean the car, which was great, and was flexible with my pick up time when I was very busy, happily keeping my car for a further week to ensure I was ready to pick it up.

The great staff at Bondi Collision went above and beyond in their service. The office staff in particular were amazing, waiting long after closing for me to collect my car. My car was repaired quickly and looks brand new. Thank you so much, I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Three times back for something that should have been fixed the first time. The rudest owner I have ever come across. Booked in for a rego check as well as the ongoing repair. That never happened. Will do my utmost to ensure I never have to come here even if it means changing insurance companies

I've had the occasion to use Bondi Collision on a few occasions over the years and every single time it is a smooth, seamless and pleasant experience.They are a family run business that genuinely seems to pride themselves on excellent workmanship and true customer service.My car has even been dropped off to me at my home address while I was away! Twice!Not to mention the fact that it comes back cleaner than when I pay a professional car wash.

Wow! I can't believe how this place has so many terrible reviews! I went in this morning to get a quote on my damaged vehicle and it was obvious that they were completely disinterested in getting the job by their completely rude attitude. I have been in before and received a quote that was astronomical so never went with them. I thought I'd give them another go for convenience sake but their bad attitude was impossible to look past. The manager is probably the foulest person I have ever dealt with in a customer facing role and it's beyond me how he retains business... actually that's not true. It's obvious how they get business. They put on a smile when they see a Mercedes or Range Rover roll in and start rubbing their fat greedy hands together at the prospect of ripping off another customer or insurance firm.An absolutely reproachable conduct of business. I would never recommend anyone use this shop as there are enough places nearby for convenience and you're guaranteed to get better service and a better price at any of them.This place should never get another ounce of business again!Would rate 0 stars if possible.

My Audi 2016 S6 was badly damaged with the hail storm just before Christmas 2018. Every panel was damaged and the car needed a entire respray.Geoff and the staff were so professsional and helpful they made the process so easy. The quality of the job was better than I expected and in fact the car looks brand new. I fully recommend their services .
