Your senior staff working in the express lane are super rude. It’s sad because I am always polite and now I just want to be rude back to them. What a waste of job space when someone nice could be working there. Leave your salty problems at home.

Poor customer service!! But if you ignore the staff like they want to be ignored and do everything self serve like the management want this has easy access parking for tiny vehicles so stay away if you own a standard car or 4x4 .

From my couple of visits, I have found this a good Woolworths. Helpful staff, good stock. Far better than the Woolworths West Village, which, in my opinion, consistently fails to impress- other than its fruit and vegetable section

My local woolies, its clean and organised inside and I love that they have a great range of vegan items (more than what I’ve seen elsewhere). The staff are also all lovely whenever I’ve had to ask for help

If this place has a store manager they have never stepped foot in the place. I thought it was going to get better after they redid the store but no it's worse. The place never has stock, the employees have no clue about their products or where their products are in the store. I thought it was weird that I ask about a product and the sales person got her personal phone out to look for the product online...... Online... Didn't even look at the device that has all the product on it and how much stock they have since it all gets scanned in. Bring toombal and Cole's back

A lovely new Woolworths with a large variety of fresh produce, a nice change is to see recycled trolleys and bench made from mostly milk bottles. Plus lots of good discounts and incentives for the new store. Although the underground parking is great. DON’T be closer to the 2 hour free parking or Wilson’s will charge you $10. Not long enough, 3 hours free would be fair.Wheelchair and stroller accessible area as well as parking

Never restocks in hopes to sell other items, and young staff often untrained and rude. Most items about to go off aren't marked down as they want you to pay full price. Often bought meat full price to arrive at home and realize it went of that very day.

Modern store with pleasant interior. There is extremely bad internet coverage which drops internet. It normally takes a minute or two to get phone to connect to internet again after every visit. This is a huge problem as I use my phone to pay, and it sometimes causes delays! They need to get their act together and get internet coverage! I would avoid if you use Spotify, YouTube etc while shopping, as you won't get coverage!

Woolworths Montague Markets West End
Quickly picked up some groceries on my way and was struggling with the self-checkout machines. Luckily, had a nice man, Samuel, assist with me and was very polite and pleasant in his language and the attitude in which he handled the situation. It's rare to see teenage or young boys like himself these days; he truly made my day. Deserves a payrise!
