Our lane had an issue with counting pins that resulted in bizarre computer behaviour but it was pretty entertaining

Great place to take the kids. Staff were however very slow to serve at the main counter. Was waiting close to 20 mins for anyone ti even acknowledge my family. Other then that kids loved the place

Walked in to go bowling with the kids, noticed the place felt more like a library as there was no music, none of the colorful lights were on. 1 rude old lady with 30 people waiting at the counter to be served and she pretty much kicked us out because we brought a pizza with us. I saw reviews saying people had paid to bowl here and was later informed the cafe is closed.Anyway.. we walked out and straight over to the tennis courts where they gave us our own court, racquets, balls and no time limit. They were all very nice and welcoming so I will be giving them 5 stars right now.

It is so unfortunate that this place has changed little in over 30 years. Its worn, drab and needs a massive uplift (financial investment). A change in ownership will likely help this. We had driven to the Orange tenpin bowling on the last occasion to find it a far better experience. Needs fresh eyes into the business to bring it up to date. Today was additionally disappointing with a 10am open time, no show from the owners after 10.45am..waiting patiently with a number of other families. Looks like Orange will be our only local tenpin adventure until things change.

Manual bumpers were a bit of a surprise, and a lack of balls that would fit my fingers, coupled with a distinct lack of staff presence at the counter made this alley a bit underwhelming.

Went to take our son bowling today as it is his birthday. The website says they are open today, in fact it states open 7 days and MOST public holidays. Today is New Year’s Eve -Not A Public Holiday, so they should be open, right? WRONG! Not only are they not open, there is no signage to say they are closed or when they will be open again. We even waited for 15 mins in case they were just running late - not a good way to run your business! Didn’t want to even give a single star (but had to to post this review) because it isn’t open, the website is not up to date, the Facebook page hasn’t been updated in almost 3 years and the only sign on the door indicated they should be open and they weren’t.

I agree with all the other 1 star reviewers I came here today 13/12/2022 . Was the worst bowling experience in my life the old bat behind the counter doesn't care at all had to say excuse me very loud before she could be bothered to serve me bowling balls are chip beyond any possibility of being able to bowl properly this is not a show of the Flintstones. I think the lanes are possibly warped she couldn't even supply my Wife with matching shoes and they looked like they should have been thrown out 10 years ago. THE PLACE IS A DUMP don't go here you'll waste your money. Please Mayor of Bathurst do something about this.
