Terrible costumer service and very rude, stingy people. My nails look nothing like what I wanted and everytime I’d politely ask them to fix or change something they get angry and aggressive. Also misleading with the prices.

Context: This review is an accurate depiction of my mother's experiences at Gossip Beauty in Westfield Plenty Valley. There are pictures in this post of her finger which are pretty grose, however are true to her experience at this salon. Upon returning to Gosspi Beauty to inform staff of her infected finger, staff laughed in her face.Words cannot adequately express the deep disappointment and outrage I feel towards the this place. My recent experience was not only unsanitary but also dangerous, resulting in a severe infection and hospitalisation for my mother. The abysmal lack of sterilization practices at this establishment is nothing short of a health hazard.From first appearance the overall cleanliness was questionable, with dirty floors and a strong odor of chemical fumes. Nevertheless, we decided to proceed with the services, foolishly assuming that basic hygiene standards would be had.Little did we know, the technicians seemed utterly clueless about the importance of sterilizing their equipment. As my mother underwent her nail treatment, I couldn't help but notice the reuse of tools without any visible sanitation process. It was evident that hygiene was an afterthought to the staff, if they even considered it at all.Unfortunately, the repercussions of this gross negligence soon became apparent. Within a few days, my mother's finger became painfully swollen, red, and inflamed. After seeking medical attention, we learned that she had developed a severe infection, requiring immediate treatment with antibiotics. The situation worsened rapidly, leading to her hospitalization and the grim possibility of having to remove her entire nail.The utter lack of care exhibited by the staff is inexcusable. In an industry where client safety and well-being should be paramount, it is ridiculous that such negligence could occur. It is a clear indication of the disregard this establishment holds for the health and safety of its customers.I implore everyone to steer clear of Gossip Nail. Dont utyourself at risk of a similar infection or health complication. It is imperative to support businesses that prioritize their clients' well-being and adhere to strict hygiene protocols.Save yourself the anguish & potential medical bills. Choose a nail salon that values your health and safety.

Absolutely terrible experience, the person who did my nails was so rough with my hands when filling them and ended up cutting me multiple times and she didn’t even apologise she just looked at the cut and kept going and when I told her to be gentle she just wouldn’t listen and my nails are all uneven and different shapes. Price is also ridiculous I’m disgusted would not recommend at all!!!!!

We just left this salon paying $400 cash.The salon manager said they don't give out receipts. I was questioned rudely, 'why do you want the receipt ? We don't give receipts'I was told, 'we don't do eftpos'Miss, I want proof of payment made so that I know that your business establishment is legit and not avoiding paying tax on your earning. It's unfair on others who make their money and pay our taxes fairly. Your salon is full all this time. I will pursue this further with the ATO.Thank you.
