Great shop! I’ve purchased an off-road scooter which I use when running with my golden retrievers. David is very professional and very knowledgeable/capable with all things bike. I’ve learnt the hard way with other overpriced stores only for David to sort things out. Won’t be going anywhere else for maintenance and parts installation.

We purchased two E bikes from David & his service was amazing. We defiantly buy from Cookies Cycles again.

Had my eScooter puncture fixed here today. Awesome service. Super fast. I'll definitely be back (hopefully not for punctures).

I had a great experience dealing with Dave and the guys at Cookie cyces. I'm very happy with my scooter now that it has been repaired.The repair has been done to a high standard and it's solid and stable. The store is immaculately presented and featured a range of accessories that I needed. Great prices and awesome range of quality ebikes and scooters. Highly recommend purchasing through these guys and having a chat in store. They take the time to help you with anything it's awesome.

There are very few cycle shops in Canberra that a) aren't ripping you off with ridiculous prices or b) have outstanding service that go to extra lengths to achieve customer satisfaction. Cookies is just that. Great service, honest, friendly, trustworthy and won't hurt your wallet. I recently had a very expensive scooter serviced there which required a complete brake swap out twice due to incorrect brake fitting from incorrect advice from elsewhere about what would fit my scooter and a complete headset disassemble and bearing replacement. In my particular scooters case the headset bearing swap is a tedious and problematic process that required the store to purchase additional tools to be able to finish the job. That cost did not get put back on me thankfully. For these reasons I can't fault their honesty, commitment to finish the job, friendly to deal with and kept me updated throughout the process. 5 stars, this is what all bike shops should be.

Extremely arrogant salespersons and the older person lacks common decency and commonsense. So deceptive to see these positive feedback - total opposite experience! There are so much better options in Gungahlin with decent and polite people serving you.

I bought an e bike from Dave last week. He was so helpful in explaining how it works. When my water bottle didn't fit the holder on the bike he gave me one that did. He delivered the bike within a day. I highly recommend this shop for its excellent customer service

I’ve had multiple repairs done at Cookies and even a full battery replacement on an e-bike not purchased from them, and each time I’ve walked (ridden) away as happy as Larry. Fast attentive service at a good price, just what you want!
