Centrepoint Apartments Caloundra

Lovely apartments. Very clean and well-appointed. Close to shops, cafes, restaurants and the beach. The staff are wonderful - nothing is too much bother. This is the second time we have stayed at Centrepoint and it definitely won't be the last. Looking forward to our next visit. Thank you so much.

Its an excellent place to stay. Views are spectacular, staff are friendly. The position of the hotel is perfect walking distance to everything. Great restaurants nearby.The only other thing I would say...its great to have friends come to the hotel whether it be a swim or BBQ etc. In our last stay another family would come nearly every afternoon with little kids to meet with people who were obviously already staying there, parents would be drinking in the pool and its already a big apartment block, where they took over the pool area. Which maybe management could watch in the future

I had the best relaxing 4 days , the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable not like the Watermark resort. The hotel is close to everything around Bullock Beach . I can't wait for my next visit thank you for making my stay enjoyable and relaxing.

We enjoyed our stay,the apartment we stayed in was for sale and I think it could do with an update and definitely could do with new sofa's,not comfortable to sit on. We just love the view and spent most of the time on the balcony watching the ships pass by.

My room was nice, but no chair in wheelchair friendly shower, though easy access. My sisters room was quite outdated. Quite pricey, was certain I paid more than the original quoted price over the phone; and needed to pay full amount 2 weeks in advance. Carpark very tight to get around. Very glary in the morning and at night.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Centrepoint Apartments. As soon as we arrived Sarah greeted us and made us feel welcome. Our apartment was clean and well equipped. The view was amazing, we could clearly see the Glass House Mountains. Centrepoint Apartments is in a perfect spot, so close to the beach and restaurants. The pool, Spa and sauna were excellent. We already have plans to come back at Easter.

I found my unit very clean and I was very happy with the view. The pool area was amazing, private with a lovely bbq. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant and more than helpful. 10/10. The complex is handy to beach, shops and restaurants. Our unit I feel was very much dated. The lounge needs to be replaced. The bathroom also needs a tidy up. The kitchen could have done with more dinner plates/glasses/serving bowls. I am guessing most units are owned privately. But I would be more than happy to stay there again because of the pool and the position of Centrepoint. Caloundra has always been a favourite holiday location and we have stayed in many places over the years.

I am in a one bedroom unit on the 10th floor. The view is great. The bathroom is barely 2m X 2m and I can just fit into the shower (I am a small person, too). Whilst a great location (with a good pool, spa and sauna), at 11:15pm, loud bangs from neighbouring apartments can be heard directly through the wall and dragging-furniture across floors. Whilst in the bathroom the smell of fish being deep fried somehow has filled in to my apartment from a neighbouring unit, yet, I have all doors and windows closed. Upon considering returning home the next morning, the onsite manager Julie attended to my complaint first thing the next morning and immediately set upon changing my circumstances and finding out where the noise was coming from. The next two nights, I was able to catch up on sleep and heard minimal noises. Julie's customer service and understanding was exceptional. Whilst I was adamant I wouldn't stay here again, Julie changed my mind. If it were not for her, I would have returned to Brisbane and sought a refund.

There were two things I liked about my stay. The viewand the location. The room major disappointment. Everything including fittings should be thrown out. The crockery was missed macted and marked. The furniture was uncomfortable so couldn't even sit and relax to enjoy view. The whole unit should be brought into the 21st century. The price we paid for the two night stay I really expected something better. Very disappointed will not be coming back as I know I can get a modern room with ocean view for about the same value. I picked Centrepoint after reading reviews won't make that mistake again.

Very disappointed with the quality of the unit this stay.Stayed in Room 80 on the 14th Floor and it was not sound proof, the wind howled through all weekend, there were no blinds in the covered balcony area so the glare in the morning was a nightmare. The furniture was cheap and nasty, TV was small and Foxtel was in SD...for over $200 per night we were left thinking the attention to detail was poor.Positive is the proximity to everything, the staff were friendling and helpful at check in and the breakfast in the cafe at the entry was very very good.
