Easily the worst pizza delivery I’ve ever had. Delivery took almost 2 hours and the store is 4min away from my house. The gps tracker doesn’t work properly. The pizza tasted like it was made over an hour before it got to me and just sat in a box the whole time. And to top it off one of them was the wrong pizza. Oh and some of the olives still had pits in them. If I was the owner of this place I would be ashamed. You don’t expect 5 star service when you’re paying $50 for a couple of pizzas, but service this poor should be illegal.

My usual pizza place if I'm lazy and can't be bothered to cook dinner. If you search online there are usually deals around. Timing are usually very good here for pickup, I never had to wait. The pizza here does sometimes have the ingredients shifted on to one side, not saying it happens everytime but it does happen.Overall great shop and will be coming back every now and then.Note: make sure you come in from Victoria Road and not the back street as it is a one way going out.

Homies been driving around with my pizza for over an hour and the store is like 10 - 15 min away?? Why isnt the gps tracker working? Your drivers are taking joyrides while we wait around for cold food.Update: ive tried calling the restaurant and no one answers, probably all out on thejoy ride

Probably its the 10th time. Earlier, shared the concern of the quality without leaving the reviews multiple times. Every time nobody reads the comments on delivery order request, and most of the time even the cheese is not melted to the acceptable standard, or they throw sauce in the pizza after topping up the base before putting in the oven or the quality of the crust. I have made up mind to go to the other nearby store instead and ignore the gladesville store.

Pizza late, took 1 hour and uncooked. I want my money back and it's a battleUpdate: Team acknowledged error and delivered pizza that was delicious. 1 full hour after but resolved.

Worst customer service I've seen from any Dominos store, never ordering from these guys again. Ordered a pizza and paid extra for prawn. Pizza came with no prawn. The guy said he could send over the right pizza or I could get a free pizza next time. Then when I try to get the free pizza a few weeks later, I get told they have no record of this and they tell me to call head office. Come on guys. We all make mistakes. But if you make a mistake, just fix it, don't try and lie to get out of it.

Unfortunately one of the worst dominos i've eaten at and I live next door (recently moved to Gladesville). I normally get thin and cripsy - from my old dominos - perfect most times. Thin, cripsy - nice toppings. Nice even sauce and cheese.Here I have ordered 3 times. Each time. Sloppy, wayy to much sauce and feels like a classic crust pizza. All I could taste was tomato sauce yesterday and was soggy. Poor poor quality. I will unfortunately have to stop ordering dominos because it is simply a bad experience and a terrible pizza.

Their pizzas have always been average, but very dissapointed that we ordered for pick-up for today and walked up to find out their pizza oven was broken from a hand written note on the front door. Have some courtesy and call people if you are going to cancel their order after you have accepted, it would save people time to find other alternatives.
