This is my 2nd time visiting and unfortunately I won’t be back unless I require nail art which I’ll admit they are very good at.After being turned away 3 times because they were busy (understandable), I made an appointment. I rocked up for my appointment and had to wait 1hr in the shop before being seen. Whilst removing my acrylics my real nails were ripped very short and some below the skin level causing pain. At no point was I asked what shape I wanted (I suppose they decided round would suit the damaged nails best??), nor was there any attempt made to make my nails the same length. Lastly, the colour they applied was wrong as on the sample it’s apparently a top coat over another colour - not that that was said when I picked the colour. I asked them to repaint which made ‘Steve’ frustrated. At this point I realised my nails looked really bad and told him not to even worry because I’m going to have to go somewhere else to fix them anyway.He finished the job in silence and quickly ushered me out the door.I’ve never been so disappointed with how my nails have looked leaving a salon. I was treated rudely and shamed for having ‘thin nails’ (which were perfectly fine before being filed paper thin to apply acrylic by this store). And the appointment took nearly 2 hrs for a 45min job.Apparently New York Nails are good so I think I’ll go there from now on.

Highly recommend! Today was my first time going here for a new set of nails and they were very kind and communicated effectively even though they were super busy. They ensured attention to detail with the design and shape I chose.Very polite and personable family business. I’ll definitely be going back :)

Loved it. Very clean and hygienic nail salon. professional and experienced staff, love my nails will definitely be changing from my old place to moonlight!

First time was a good experience. I had a pedicure and manicure for $80. It lasted a long time and they did a good job.I went for the second time today, got charged $55 for pedicure (website says $35). I got one coat of nail polish on my toenails. Quite disappointed for the price I paid for a rushed service.
