Shane from Thorough Check Building Inspection was absolutely fantastic! I was purchasing my first home, which is an apartment, and I had no idea of what to look out for. I'd like to thank thorough check for the house and pest inspection they carried out at a place we were looking to purchase. Shane's professional inspection showed a few defects that could have proven costly if we went ahead with the purchase. We will be using thorough check again when we find our next, house.
