Small with all the necessary equipment. You don't need a big gym if the equipment is exactly what you need for a full body workout. Dan is extremely welcoming, and that's why my husband joined.

Such a nice little gym. Very well-equipped for powerlifting and bodybuilding. The owner, Dan, is incredibly welcoming and helpful. Would absolutely visit again!

A very nice gym with a laid back community feel to it. A fantastic and friendly atmosphere where everybody speaks to each other and gets on well with fellow gym-goers.The owner of the gym (Dan) is very friendly, approachable and helpful and the extras which he runs (like Tennis Fit) is a great workout suited to tennis.Overall great value for money and an overwhelmingly positive experience. Would highly recommend.

Really good atmosphere at this gym! Dan is super helpful - not too much, not too little. The equipment is new and the location is handy for parking or walking from North Cairns. We were only visiting a week and we saw how Dan treated us as well as his regular locals. Great trainer and equipment.

Brilliant gym! All the equipment is brand new, has everything you need without being cluttered. Easy, flexible memberships. Clean facilities. Dan is really friendly and helpful, I can't recommend this gym enough.

The best gym in Cairns! Dan is a great coach, really supportive and knows his stuff. I'm loving my program he's written up for me. Super friendly gym, great location - highly recommend!

it was great to train in this the gym on the way through. well equipped, has everything you need for a full body workout. the sympathetic owner dan also sold us a delicious vegan protein powder. thank you

I started going to the gym initially for convenience as it is very close to the place where I live and I immediately saw the difference compared to other traditional gyms. The first thing that struck me was the diligence with which the rooms are cleaned and disinfected, then doing a lesson with my personal trainer Dan I appreciated his professionalism and competence.It is also a cheerful and relaxing environment. All these qualities put together make it my ideal gym.

cozy gym, with lots of natural light and a good view. it has lots of bodybuilding machines, air conditioning which makes it even more pleasant
