Mark in Customer Service was just appalling, Have had a relationship with Civic for years, used almost daily, Mark ensured we will be paying for a futile pick up when three drivers arrived half an hour prior to booking time and charged wait time possibly! Our business was chased by the Queensland Sales Team, now undone by Mark, whoever the hell he is, GOODBYE! Hello Capital Transport, we are coming back!

I have never written a review before now but I am so incensed by the indifference of your staff and the deceit of one of your contractor's, I just have had to.A roll of plastic industrial bin liners was delivered to my address last week. Rather than deliver the roll through the obvious pedestrian gate by the letter box, (as other deliveries have been); the delivery guy forced open an electric driveway gate and left the roll down our driveway, against the garage door.When I got home I noticed that the gate was not fully closed. On further inspection I noticed the damage.I contacted the product supplier who told me to contact Civic Couriers. An employee, Trent Clark said that he would contact the driver. The drivers response was that the driveway gates were open and that he had not caused any damage.These gates are always closed as the purpose of them is to restrain our dog.Trent said that it was nothing to do with Civic Couriers and that it was an insurance claim but he would get the driver to contact me.... an exercise that has cost me considerably more than the roll of garbage bags.Certainly not a service to recommend.

Dear sir/ madam,I got really shocked by behaviour of your staffs today,I’m a resident of the building Metro 21 Mary Street, Brisbane City,Your staff parked the van with number plate 452-ZIP around 14:26pm in front of the car lift, so all our residents in the building couldn’t get in or out, so I asked her to move her car immediately because my car was still stuck in the car lift and I was rushing to get to work.She responded: if I don’t move the car now what’s happening?I replied: I will call tolls away,She said: Go ahead,... then they gave a finger.Well, I haven’t used your company service but I’m really sure I and my family and my friends will never use it, I think the building as well.Hope you can solve this problem and the staff will get something for that disgusting behaviour,

driver for VAN — 421DV8 who abused lady today and BP station near Mains road Robertson QLD 4109 .Especially there is a little girl in lady’s car and everyone was shocked by his unacceptable behavior and language when he driving company vehicle.Local police has been reported by station owner.Will not dealing with this company got such horrible and unstable employer

Civic Transport has a solid brand and reputation for its services, for which there's always steady work available. I worked for them and enjoyed the driving, discovering new locations, efficiency and responsiveness of deployment (via mobile app and their radio room) plus (however briefly) meeting some very interesting and friendly people particularly the feeling of meaningfully contributing to industry and getting an insight into their operations. Apparently owner-drivers can earn a good income and if the above features apply to you, you might also consider such a job for them.(1) IF however, you were interviewed and hired directly by a different company, Pontus Logistics (in response to their online job ad) to drive for Civic, then the former's owner: Felix and his sidekick, Damian, are actually responsible for a very different employment experience and income. Despite the everchanging and unconvincing word salads I got from Damian, (employed for a week and that was enough, especially(2) after a serious workplace injury for which he said I had NO WorkCover, because I was allegedly a contractor") i.e. because(3) you are spuriously CALLED/ LABELLED a "contractor" by them

The worst company to work ever !!Scammers!!They gonna pay you $400 for 70 hrs / week. God !! The business should be win to win and they want all the money for them…Don’t support this people coz they do not support their drivers.Scam

They won't pay you after you conclude working for them still owe me 2.5 days wages

I deal with Civic daily & loveee them! The staff are amazing! (especially Glen). Always very polite & willing to help. I highly recommend!
