Mullein Pharmacy Hillcrest

After seeing a doctor yesterday for a migraine (excruciating pain) I went to fill my script and was made to wait more than 10 minutes whilst the staff had a chat (they were not serving customers just chatting otherwise I wouldn't have an issue). Both staff members looked at me several times knowing my script was not getting filled as they were standing around talking. I asked for my script back to take it to another pharmacy as I'm in severe pain and was just made to wait for no reason their response was extremely rude with no apology and she handed me my medication with zero questions or concerns as to whether I had previously taken the tablets or knew what to do. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

Friendly and helpful staff.

The staff are unfriendly arrogant and stuck up. They are unqualified. They say they will call you when stock comes in but they don't. They keep the sticker forms. The only reason I go to this place is because it is close to where I live. Why don't get get your finger out of your backside and start being friendlier like the staff in terry white, grand plaza.

I was a bystander today when there was a medical emergency in the pharmacy. All pharmacy staff worked cohesively with the doctors next door and arranged ambulance transport for the patient. This would have been a significant interruption to their day and business, however when I filled my script sometime after, they were as helpful and friendly as always.

Charged me nearly 3 times the price of Chemist Warehouse for a PrescriptionHappy to pay a little bit more for convenience and support local but this is daylight robbery.

Small pharmacy in local shopping centre,but has most of what you need

Very knowledgeable staff especially Trish who serves with a smile always. She remembers your name so it feels like your family. Quick dispensing. Thumbs up to this pharmacy. If you live in 4118 this is the pharmacy to go too.

I left this store with a huge smile, yesterday very friendly and helpful pharmacist behind the counter.Located in a nice little complex on middle road, I had a few spare minutes between my appointments so thought I’d stop in quickly.Great range, and good pricing!
