The Clydesdale Experience

We had such a great time at The Clydesdale Experience it really was a lovely time with these beautiful animals. The horses were so patient and gentle with our kids. Thanks John and Kylie for the generous hospitality providing a unique and wonderful experience.

What a delightful morning we had with Kylie and John and their beautiful Clydesdales! The hosts were warm and welcoming and shared their vast knowledge with us related to their horses. Every question we had was skilfully answered. It was a true hands-on experience and quite educational. The high tea wasn’t too bad either!! I would highly recommend The Clydesdale Experience to everyone. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Awesome horses, great country owners, heaps to learn, very interesting and fun. A lovely afternoon tea and piles of pics. We had the best time and definitely value for money. Well done to John and Kylie.

This was the most wonderful Mother’s Day surprise. Kylie and John were very friendly and easy to talk to from the moment we arrived and their four beautiful boys were the same. To be able to stand amongst these healthy, happy magnificent horses, to smell them, brush them and interact with them was amazing. We learned a lot about Clydesdales and enjoyed the working demonstrations and delicious afternoon tea whilst also enjoying the views. I can’t wait to return.

This was an absolutely amazing experience. It was so wonderful to be up close and hands on with these magnificent animals. Kylie and John were so friendly and knowledgeable, and the morning tea was lovely with an array of sweet treats. We cannot recommend highly enough. A day we will never forget.

As soon as we got out of the car we knew we were in for an amazing experience. Greeted by Harvey and Ben the two most gorgeous dogs and then by John and Kylie who are the most genuine nicest people you will ever meet. The stars of the experience were certainly the four gentle giants Fred, Barney , Hunter and Leroy. These horses are the most gorgeous creatures who will ever meet. Cuddles, grooming , pulling the plough, going for a sled ride, learning about the history of these amazing animals and then sitting in the barn for an exceptional morning tea. The hospitality of John and Kylie is amazing and they make you feel right at home as you drink your coffee and eat Kylie's amazing cooking. Today we made memories that will last a life time. Thank you John and Kylie for everything

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 hour visit on Sunday, the weather was perfect and our hosts Kylie & John were most welcoming to our group. It was a very unique experience and amazing to be up close and be able to interact with these beautiful and gentle horses. Our 4 grandchildren gained an insight into days past before machinery took over. Morning tea was delicious thanks Kylie! We all agreed it was an enjoyable & educational experience for all ages and will definitely go back for a return visit :)

We would highly recommend the 3 hour Clydesdale experience, John and Kylie are rare gems, such kind and beautiful people with an abundance of knowledge of the Clydesdales. They showed us what these animals were designed for during the good old days in Australia. Perfect for families!
