Worst service ever - staff I dealt with was very curt - didn't bother putting a contact number on the consignment so depot staff had no way of contacting me when shipment arrived and this place was closed for Christmas so I had to chase up TNT myself with no reference numbers to find out if my shipment had arrived. Bought a hard lid for my ute which was damaged in transit (OR when they removed it from the wrecking car - no way of knowing considering they won't respond to me). They've not responded to my email requesting assistance with the matter. Now I have to pay more to have what was an undamaged item, fixed. Clearly don't care about customers. Do not recommend this place.

Good place to get parts for a simple service and just about anything else automotive

Highly would not recommend wasting your money or time here. Payed a high price for a part with incredibly low kms for its year and it was muntted. Lied about the condition and tried saying the warranty was almost out and they may not be able to fix it. Save your money and your time and go else where. Parts aren’t what they say they are and prices don’t reflect the condition of the parts with lots of hidden costs included.

Very professional and can source parts from anywhere if they don't have it. Good warranty period on parts. Knowledgeable staff, parts priced competitively.

These guys are champions...needed a V6 commy motor for a vz and sourced me one at the cheapest price in Adelaide for a low k's engine and Joe was an absolute legend and the lads there are actually friendly and not agro like some places I've been too... definitely one of the best

I ordered a part on eBay at 11pm Sunday night. I could not believe it when the part arrived in country Victoria at 10am Wednesday. Delivery was indeed fast and free. Would highly recommend this company. Thank you.

Even though they didn't have the part I was after they were very helpful and directing me to other wreckers.
