Absolutely disgraceful service, from front office.

Dr Guha is without a doubt the best doctor I have ever seen. The help and support he and Marina have given me has changed my life in so many positive ways.

Dr Guha is the most empathetic professional and caring Psychiatrist one could ask for. Very easy to converse with and very efficient.

Dr Guha has always cared deeply about myself and other patients and knows more about my emotions and how I’m feeling than I do. He always puts the utmost care into what he does and is such an amazing Psychiatrist. I never want to see anyone else.

I'd been on the waitlist for almost a year when my appointment was rescheduled to a time I was overseas. I sent an email stating I'd be away and got a reply that my appointment wasn't changed at all. Was then called while I was overseas about my appointment I was meant to have while overseas then taken off the waitlist because I couldn't discuss a date before I returned. Unprofessional at best. It should be illegal to make me get blood tests, drug screens & to wait a year to be dismissed like that. Tried calling when I returned with no answer. Truly upsetting experience just trying to get mental health help.
