I refused after being told multiple times I was required to put a deposit down. I said I would only pay in person and would be around in an hour. I turn up

Do Not!!! buy from these scammers they get your money and if a problem wont refund anyone, had to get fair trading involved.. stay away SCAMMERS go anyplace else. PS in reply to your statement: I couldnt be more honest and I dont appreciate being called a lier, as you dont like the truth, you werent on the phone with me one of your guys was, you dont know what your talking about pal.. your worker told me it had 149,000kms on the instrument cluster and just had to be plugged in and it would work I asked him clear as I could is that all that needed to be done he said yes, 149,000km were similar to my car and your cluster had 305,000kms on it.. I did ask for them to show me what it had when I was there as it was digital they said they had no way to do that, and what a surprise 305,000 on it and not even BMW would touch it as its used so they could not adjust it and you wouldnt take it back, and by the way fair trading told me I have the option to take it further due to the lies that your worker said now I have a $500 part that I cant use.. what other excuse are you going to say now.. you werent there the only one lying is you pal.. good luck with your business.. Fairfield I should have own better.. just being honest!!

RECENTLY WENT HERE TO PICK UP PARTS FOR MY SONS RAPTOR THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT ALL THE STAFF FROM THE FRONT DESKTHE GENTLE MAN WHO KINDLY HELPED MY SON OVER THE PHONE TO THE GENTLEMAN WHO BROUGHT MY PARTS DOWN SO FRIENDLY AND ONE OF THE CLEANEST SECOND HAND YARDS KEEP UP THE GREAT SERVICE GUYS WELL DONE

Great service from Sauod at Fairfield auto parts! Came in Saturday morning and he was getting hammered with calls and customers haggling him. Sauod and his team were very professional in getting me and the other customers sorted with the million other things happening and Sauod even went out of his way to make me a coffee when all I asked was “where was the closest coffee shop”. I will definitely be back!
