All the manager,care managers everyone in charge including Registered nurses are all derogatory and have no empathy towards the residents or there own staff.

3 stars for facilities and activities. 5 stars for the staff and residents. The bedrooms were large too but could do with a bit of updating. With more funding could fix these issues.
