Rang up previous day, told I could buy earplugs individually or by the box. Travelled by bus to Wonthaggi, found the earplugs I was specifically after and then was told you can’t just buy 6 pair, can only buy 200. The box was open showing the individual earplugs but still the abrupt boss would not budge. Very poor customer service skills. So now I’ve bought them online. No wonder people don’t shop locally.

After more than 5 weeks of waiting for school uniform (ordered on January 3), I am told “maybe” another week. My prep child is still waiting on uniform and won’t have uniform for their first ever school photos. I am pretty devastated and angry and would not use if there was any other choice. Do not use if you can avoid.
