Lee is so lovely to deal with, I purchased an item at 10:00 PM on a Sunday night and she sent me an email that night to let me know she had packaged the item and would post it first thing in the morning, you can tell Lee really cares about her business!

I have placed an order here from the Netherlands.Dutch Postal Service and Customs did not doing their job properly so it took a long time for the order to be delivered (not Lee's fault).In all this time there has been great customer service to track the package and keep me updated on its status.This shop is highly recommended!

I was looking online for coins to add to my collection, when I came across Lee's Hideaway. I had my doubts, as it really does not look like your conventional source for coins and notes. On browsing their site, I see they have varied items, but quality coin and notes stock and very reasonably priced too!. Lee is awesome! First time buyer, had a checkout issue where the wrong foundation colour was selected and didn't realise until it turned up. Lee answered the phone immediately and rectified quicker than any big retailer I've dealt with recently with damaged products from auspost. She didn't even wait to receive product back, I was able to free return due to PayPal returns and based on just giving her the tracking number she sent the correct colour express shipping and kept me informed the entire way either by text or email with pictures of the items and satchel/new tracking number. We are now nutrimetics and Lee customers for life!

I have made two purchases to date and on both occasions have been most impressed with the promtness of the initial enquiry, and then after placing the orders the quickness of despatch, and the care in which the goods have been packed. Top marks.
