The staff here are so personable and professional! I’ve been going to them for over 2 years now and not once have I had an issue with the services they provide.Before this I used to go to LCA for 3 years and I had no idea redness and burning after laser was not normal till I came ELC.Full body laser - never a spot missed, never been burntskin RF treatments - has done wonders to my faceBrows - always on point!

I can not recommend this clinic enough! All the staff are fantastic and take such good care of their clients. They have consistently gone above and beyond for me and I’m very grateful. Nurse Annie is a gem, I’ve been treated by her a few times and I am always so happy with her service, professionalism, advice and care.

The injector there is amazing, she is so kind and caring, she really takes her time to understand the customers wants and her service is great. Very trusting. Will be coming here more often for services. Never booked out and the clinic has a good vibe too.

The acne peel and yellow LED therapy were great!Tina and Batoul were incredibly friendly and walked me through the process. I had 6 sessions every other fortnight, and it was fantastic to build routine to my skincare. I also bought the products (daily cleanser, serum and moisturiser( which work wonders for my skin. The other staff sometimes didn’t seem the most welcoming, but overall the staff assigned to me were lovely.These ladies have magic fingers - recommend atleast for a nice facial experience.

I have been to so many different laser clinics over the years and once I found this gem a few years ago I never turned back! I always feel welcomed here and the owners have done a fantastic job building a great culture at this clinic.The team here are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, kind and always willing to help. I have had many different treatments here from CoolSclupting, MicroNeedling, MicroDermabrasion, various Skin Peels, RF Skin Resurfacing, all for various different skin concerns. I have always felt safe in the hands in the staff here. They talk you through the treatments step by step so you feel safe and confident in what they’re doing. They don’t try and oversell treatments to you and will only offer treatments which are right for your skin type.I also use the Evolution Laser evolveMD skin products which have done wonders for my skin. I often get complimented on my skin and many of my friends have begun using their products as a result too.

By far the friendliest, most professional and sweetest team out there. From day one when I started going when I had my first consultation have always recommended me the best treatments and I have ALWAYS been ecstatic with my results thanks to them. They are definitely the best in the business and know what they are doing which is why I don't trust any other place with my skin. Love your work girls!

Everyone that works here is lovely and I always enjoy having an appointment here. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by smiles and nice conversations.
