Most disgusting fast food outlet I have ever been. Front count staff is very rude and aggressive. Took half an hour to complete 3 simple meals.What is wrong with these people. I am not going there again. Disgusting food, disgusting place and most of all disgusting staff!!!-100 stars for FL roosters, I wish I could post without selecting that star. They not deserve any stars.

This Red Rooster is really lacking in standard. I purchased 30 Cheesy Nuggets and when I reached to pay I asked the cashier how many sauce tubs do I get and she said 3. So I collected my order and drove off. On the way I checked the order and there was 1 sauce tub in there.So I drove back and informed the girl and she told me promotional items doesn't include sauces..REALLY....But the Big Banner in front shows the Sauces in it...Doesn't mention you have to pay extra...So I said can I buy sauces to which she replied yes. So I paid for it. She goes to pack the sauces. Whilst she was doing that I thought I would check the rest of the order. The chips were stone cold. So when she brought my sauces I told her and she said can you park infront and I will bring it over.So I pulled out front to wait.5mins later she came with the chips in the bag. I thanked her and drove home.I came home opened the bag and guess what they had given me the same old chips.Red Rooster you Made my Day.I.lodged I complaint on Red Rooster Website but been 3 weeks and no email or phone calls.

This Red Rooster store is utterly deplorable. There is absolutely nothing good to say about this store. Get your Chicken and Chips from Nandos.

I'm not sure what's happened here recently but the service and food has gone from great to bad to now worse. The wait times are ridiculous and you're lucky if they remember your order at all when they move you and others to the waiting bay. Anyhow I hope it bounces back but they need to do training at the Moorooka joint as they are excellent and very rarely fail. Forest Lake Red Rooster you are now worse than fkn raw chicken.

So disappointing. Ordered via drive thru. No other customers. Told to park in waiting bay. 15 minutes later food arrives. When I get home the 12 extra nuggets I ordered and paid for not there. Tried ringing but noone answered the phone. This is the second and last time I will go here as this happened last time. Never again.

I’m normally a fan of Red Rooster but tonight I was sorely disappointed. The drive thru took forever - and there were only about 3-4 cars in front of me. Then to cap it off, I basically got a handful of chips when I got home. The bag was barely full and I could probably count the number of chips in the bag on my hand. Disappointing to say the least. The only redeeming factor was the chicken.

Store is falling apart. Waited 33 minutes for food before leaving without any food. Couldn't wait any longer. No manager on site, chairs sitting on top of tables despite being open for 2hrs. Really appalling. Tried calling store now 6 times, nobody answers. Hoping the Red Rooster app online feedback works. Unacceptable

Extremely rude staff. Was made to wait for over 20 mins for my order. Was not told why, watched multiple people go through the drive thru and get served. A gentleman came in 10 mins after I ordered yet got food before me. Was rudely told they were waiting on gravy on my 3rd time of asking. When I asked again how long was snapped at by 2 staff, the short brunette on counter, who was the rudest staff member I've seen in my life (until I met the manager") and the girl behind in the food area (who turned out to be the manager and had the worst attitude of anyone if ever met in customer service). Asked for something else
