Many may question the wisdom of attempting an interstate renovation during Covid. But as we were scheduled to relocate to Queensland in 2022 we forged ahead. Kai Konstruct was recommended to us as a reliable, values driven company who would work with us and our designer to create our perfect new home. Throughout the project Tim and his team proved to be great communicators and problem solvers.We are now happily living in our dream home and would thoroughly recommend Kai Konstruct to anyone considering major renovations on the Gold Coast.

Tim and the team at Kai Konstruct were excellent from start to finish. From the initial consult they offered excellent service and advice, on what had the potential to be a more challenging deck build than we initially thought. Throughout the build we were kept up to date and informed, the builders kept a tidy site (our backyard) and worked hard to deliver the project on time. Special mention to our head builder Dave, who kept us entertained with his smashing renditions of popular songs throughout the day - not sure he realised we could hear him, but fortunately he had the voice of an Angel... I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a quality builder.

Tim and the team at Kai Konstruct were our chosen builder for our planned bespoke home build at Burleigh Waters. We involved Kai Konstruct from the beginning of our design phase along with our architect, and I can gladly say that throughout our interactions the Kai Konstruct team were absolutely first rate. Due to unprecedented price rises across the industry, we were unfortunately unable to proceed with our project, however Tim and his team went above and beyond exploring every option to revise costings and schedule, to make our plan workable. While we didn't proceed with the build our experience with Tim was highly positive, and we look forward to working with Kai Konstruct on future projects.
