Ordered via app 4 pizzas 2 drinks and garlic bread. Delivery time 445 as we had to get to the airport. 25 mins into the wait, rang the store, sorry just contacted the driver, he needed petrol. Will be there in 10 minutes. Surprising really as we live about 5 mins from the store. Anyway, 15 more mins rang again. No solution he should be there. You'll have to wait. Outstanding customer service. Order was wrong for one pizza, indigestion over, got to the airport on time (just). End of the story hadn't eaten there since 2005 because of poor service and will probably be another 18 years before I contemplate another order.

I paced order for 3 pizzas, n one pizza was peri panner with thin crust..it was like made on tortillas..not same base n no same base sauce n barely can see any toppings n very small size..same with other pizzas all pizzas were in very poor quality n couldn't see any toppings..very very disappointed...wasted my money..

What a great experience - i had picked up an order that my wife made, got it home and one of the pizzas was wrong. I called up and the manager not only organised to deliver the correct pizza but redelivered the entire order as an apology. Now that’s above and beyond.!!

horrible experience. They delivered to the wrong house. I called and asked where it was as it said it had arrived, when i didn’t see anything. The lady on the phone was admitted it arrived when it didn’t. She was rude saying it was my issue from now on. No care at all. If they read the street numbers properly it would have been delivered to the right house. Never going here again. She didn’t even offer to remake.

Waited 45 minutes for one pizza while one female employee yelled at another continuously until he obviously couldn’t take the abuse. Horrible behaviour in front of waiting customers. Nobody seemed to know what was going on.

Atrocious.Pizza wasn't just 'greasy' it was literally so wet it adhered to the cardboard. The cheese just slipped off the base if you tried to lift a piece and this was with the thin and 'crispy' base.No one in the household ate any after looking at it.Watched who made it poke and prod at it before calling over two other people who boxed it up and swiftly handed it to me. Perhaps I should have inspected the pizza before leaving.Don't waste your money here.

Ordered as they opened and still tasted like yesterdays pizza. Got the 100 piece pepperoni and nothing close to 100 pieces (not that I counted but could tell by looking at it) and what pepperoni was on there seemed more like sausage. Too much cheese and actually turned me off pizza now. I'll be going back to Pizza Hut instead

I ordered 2 pizzas on Tuesday busy night, it was ready within 10 minutes. I also got Tuesday special discount. It had generous serve of topping as compared to the past orders. My fussy kid loved it. I'm impressed and best pizza ever!!! Thank you Domino team at Shailer Park :))

It used to be fun taking bets on what unasked for ingredient will show up, because hey, pizza is pizza! But I dont want to get beef on my vegetarian pizza or a surprise mouthful of jalapenos anymore. Time to bet on a new place.The delivery guys are always nice though
