Juli was very rude to her customers. 0 patience. And yelling after her customers left.

Very rude and racist staff. We were shopping here today, I was looking to buy a guess handbag, when I found the one I liked I asked the Rep working there whether they carried one in a darker colour she rudely said that the white was the only one in that style, when I showed her that it was infact made in other colours by Guess she rudely snarked at me that this was the only one they carried, I realized she wasn’t interested in helping me and I continued to browse through their collection. I had my two kids with me in their pram which I had to move around in a crowded store and since I only have two hands I placed the bag I was holding on top of the bassinet seat. At this time my husband entered the store as well and placed his bag of shopping on the bassinet, The rep then rudely asked if we were gonna pay for the bag, we told her we would but I was still browsing. She then proceeded to state to our face that we were being suspicious, maybe because we are people of colour she assumed us to be easy targets to take out her frustration, although I do love this store I won’t ever be shopping from here again or recommend anyone else to shop from there. Staff definitely needs better training on how to help and deal with customers.

The sales associate with the ponytail I want to say his name was Derick not sure though. He has the best customer service I’ve seen in awhile. He was polite helpful and engaging, they were really busy but he was still able to help us find what we were looking for and went above and beyond.
