I called them twice on a weekday that they were open (it wasn't a public holiday) to get a price for a girls haircut but there was no answer. I then emailed asking for the same information, gave them my phone number and two weeks later, I still haven't heard from them via email or phone call.

Very terrible experience. I had a booking for my baby girl and arrived only min late due to traffic for school drop off (explained this to her) and she refused to accept us anymore. Had taken the day off to bring my baby girl, very unfriendly and inflexible. Extremely disappointed
