Nick and the team at CL Construction managed our extension/renovation in 2021. From the quoting stage through to completion, they were nothing but professional, courteous and really good at what they do. The attention to detail, tidiness of the working area and quality of the build could not be faulted. When you're going through a big reno during a pandemic, amidst material and labour shortages, price rises, lockdowns and construction shutdowns, things can get stressful but they still managed to catch up and finish the job on time and to spec. This wasn't even their biggest strength which for me was how they managed expectations, communicated constantly and transparently and were always solutions focused, no matter what the challenge was, and we had a few during our build. Every time you walked on site, you could see a happy and professional workforce, even making friends with our neighbours by the end of it.We're glad they were in charge of our project and would wholeheartedly recommend them for their services.

We engaged Nick, Michael and his crew to renovate our 1930’s weatherboard in Parkdale in 2021. Despite the high degree of difficulty in what we were proposing (existing second storey) and the age of the house, Nick took on the challenge. All our concerns were addressed in detail and we trusted Nick and Michael with our family home of over 35 years. They delivered superbly. Nick and Michael surpassed all expectations in completing our substantial two storey renovation. It was an 8 month project that began with architectural drawings for a tricky build that they faithfully followed. The end result was a high quality construct with a great relationship formed with this team of dedicated professionals.Along the way we made a few subtle changes (like completely RE roofing the house and replacing the subfloor) which were outside the scope of works. These were undertaken with no fuss and billed economically.From start to finish they operated in such a courteous way as to gain our respect and even that of our neighbours.We’d gladly recommend them to friends or family with great confidence.

Carmeni Lorenzi Construction were professional, friendly and thorough from the quoting stage right through to leaving us a bottle of champagne on the day we moved back into our renovated home! Both Nick & Michael were always very open with their communication, ensured our project ran on time, they kept a tidy work site and their quality of work was fantastic. We had a slow leak in our balcony that needed attention. We had plans drafted to address it, converting the disused balcony into a gym.Our designer introduced us to Nick.Nick reviewed the damage and quoted against our plans.
