I recently received an iron infusion at Evergreen Doctors and am pleased to report that the whole process went smoothly. The information provided about the procedure was thorough and easy to access. There were detailed instructions for every step before, during and after the treatment. The administering doctor was professional and delivered gold standard patient care through the entire infusion, answered all questions and gave clear directions for post-procedural care. And the administrative team were extremely helpful and prompt in booking my infusion and explaining the process. The whole experience was efficient, professional, delivered with ease - and, most importantly, made comfortable.
