I also had to spend more money fixing substandard service and lack of communication was very frustrating would not recommend even after giving a second chance to correct was still all wrong very disappointed

I needed a new multi media system, they were helpful and attentive at the time. Bit pricey for the unit. Then when I had an issue with the unit, I went back and the person who served me before said he couldn't help me and brushed me off. So I won't recommend this audiocom to anyone because of the way I was treated.

Bought a unit from Cannington, having seen it promoted on the Audiocom website, even though some questions remained about the suitability. Three weeks and six often lengthy visits later, they still do.It is understandable that new employees take time to develop efficiency and knowledge — the attitude could not be faulted — but there needs to be some support. Tried other channels as well. Business does not reply to emails, return phone messages, or publish store hours on its website.Had no trouble getting a refund, which is the sole glimmer of redemption, but really would have much preferred the unit. Which may well still have been the optimal solution. It just became too impossible to deal with this company.
