The watch is absolutely beautiful with every little detail designed to perfection!!! I got the Koula Wasawasa" style which I chose because of the sweet back-story behind the name (definitely worth a read on their website!). I was so pleasantly delighted by just how high the quality of the watch is (even down to the packaging it came in). I feel it is worth worth way way way more than I paid for it.Not only was the product beautiful and I now wear it every day but I am even more impressed with the customer service and delivery I received over the entire purchase which was incredible. As an example when I made my initial purchase I forgot to apply the coupon code and too my delight Ishaan from Pacificapi reached out to apply the discount without me even asking!The watch dispatched in less than a few hours and arrived in record time at my front door. I even got notifications every step of the way so I found myself giving my partner a running commentary on where my new watch was at all steps of its journey!
