If u want to experience numerous bus trips, where no lunch bookings have been made in advance.If u want to be picked up late for medical appointments, operations etc, wait in hospital waiting rooms for hours, be car bundled with others, be expected to just hang around all day waiting for others, only because it suits their policies.If you dont want to be treated with respect, care or consideration, only a number.If u want to deal with some staff, who have a self inflated sense of their own importance.I would highly recommend this organization, as this is my experience

Mersey community care has send a friend of mine great people to help her with various things on a regular basis. I met the ladies who came and they were all super friendly and efficient. Nice to know there's help when my time comes!

Went to put my name down to volunteer.The whole process was explained clearly. Staff are so helpful and professional. There is an option for everyone there. Highly recommend it.

It is a very good organisation and well run facility

You will feel like a family and you will have an amazing service and people around caring for you.

We are lucky to have a community care service but scheduling is not effective and is waiting further provided..
