I was so heartened by the friendliness and generosity of Richard- I phoned enquiring about paint chips on my car door and was told to pop in anytime for a quote. I arrived the next day and had Richard explain that due to the nature of the paint of my car (3 layer pearl), a perfect finish would require painting all the panels at great expense. Since I was not concerned by the aesthetics, but only wanted to stop the rust getting worse, Richard fetched the matching paint colour from the workshop and touched up the chips I had pointed out, as well as taking a good look at the rest of the car and spotting a few extra chips and fixing those. When I walked back inside reception to pay, he told me there was no charge!Thank you so much for your professionalism, and giving of your time (and paint!). Made my day!

I recently had an accident in which my car was not covered by insurance and Rick and Priscilla were outstanding with their help.The work was done well and fantastic customer service. Good, genuine people and business, highly recommend.

Forget it! Dodgy as! Half decent paint job although had to take it back to get it buffed again. Be careful they take your car apart and leave parts off and bolts loose and missing. Plus break pieces on your car. Avoid.

I went there with a dent on my car rear bumper .Richard looked at my problem and started fixing it and solved my problem without asking any questions. Very genuine and skilled person. Highly recommend this place.

To date these guys have been awesome. More than happy to answer my questions and keep me update.. the joys of being in an accident with a new car.. parts a limited in Australia, and some need to come from overseas.. but can't fault the team at John and ricks!!
