Had the daily special.Chicken and avo crepe.Chips were chunky and hot.The crepe while nice was far from perfect.7/10 would have been better if the chicken cheese and a roux of some sort were in the crepe with and then melted under a salamanda. With thw avo sliced over the top with maybe a aoli or bernaise sauce on top. Hint hint lol.But good portion of chicken and avo maybe the roux could have been cooked out a little more still flouryBut enjoyed our sneaky lunch on the go

An elderly unwell friend wanted the mini pancakes as she can’t eat very much and we were told unless she was under 12 she would have to pay for the adult portion and they would just give her the same size as the kids. Will not be back.

This was an impromptu lunch whilst shopping and needing a break to make decisions. We regularly shop in this precinct but haven’t found the cafe appealing due to the car park ambience. Well, what it lacks in ambience it more than makes up for with great value fresh yummy food and drinks. We only had simple sandwiches with a latte & milkshake but it was all lovely! Just $22.50 was a total bargain too!!! We will definitely be stopping for a coffee and/or light lunch when we shop here from now on. Staff were friendly and polite. Now we know why it’s always busy.

They took over 20 minutes to get the food out and there was only 2 others at the time. The open melts couldn’t even get the bread as when they toasted it it was that burnt you couldn’t even eat it. The plates come out that hot that if a child had touched the plate they would have burnt there hand. Plus the chicken on the melt was also burnt and toughPlus they had all the dirty dishes sitting on the counter stacked up.It was even an effort for the staff to serve you.The amount of food left on the plates we could see was burnt and it was black burnt.Never will go back again

Very overpriced and undervalued!!! Baked beans taste like they are from the cheapest manufacturer they could find! They had black dots on them and I had to throw them out!!!! Whats wrong with heinz? Come on guys.... also the bread is very thick cut and does not compliment the breakfast

So I sipped my cappuccino to get the froth, there was barely any froth but the drink itself was so hot even that small sip burned my gums and tongue. When I asked for water for the burn it wasn't very cold and no one apologised.Then there was the burger which was hard to enjoy because of the burn but also didn't have salad I had requested on it. Overall only thing I can say was the gravy was nice.

They have a large menu and variety but they pounce as soon as you walk in the door. Customer service is one thing but I'd like to be able to read what's available before ordering. We also ordered our drinks at the same time, expecting them to arrive together but apparently they don't believe in trays

Staff made a flat white and told me it was a Piccolo. Milk was piping hot. Coffee burnt for both of our coffees. Reviewed from 1 star to 3 stars following reply. Good luck in the future Casual Coffee.

Great friendly and fast service with good quality food from my experiences. The only reason for not having 5 stars in my review is there were no highchairs in this establishment for babies/toddlers. In any establishment this is an absolute necessity especially in a cafe. Please please upgrade this. I was there this morning and another Mum had the same problem with no highchair available for her baby as well. They are very cheap and can get them from IKEA and even now Target/Kmart etc to make this easier for purchasing. The plastic chairs are the most efficient for cost and cleanliness in my opinion if this helps you select the chairs you'll be purchasing. They are light weight and stackable so you'd have plenty of room to store them. I really would like to visit again as I frequent this complex for the chemist/spotlight/pet store, however, I would definitely be reluctant without the highchair option.Other than this, everything else was lovely. I just really feel that this is a huge necessity as a good portion of your customers are parents with their children having a catch up. Thank you.
