I've used KBT's services twice over the years, once to size a steel lintel for a new doorway through a load bearing brick wall and again to assess some floor strengthening works for an upstairs bathroom remodel.In both instances, Kent was responsive, reasonably priced and turned around design and certification very quickly.I will be referring anyone looking for structural advice onto KBT.
