There is nothing more assuring for a patient to have an experienced, dilligent, and caring doctor. Very impressed by Dr Gray and Dr Anstey. Thank you.

I was not called by my preferred name or pronouns (in fact I had to put a pronouns section on the sign-in sheet). It was a very uncomfortable experience. Actions to improve this would be some simple LGBTQIA+ training for all staff and build that into the system.

Dr. Gray is professional and conservative when giving out advice, never rush to finish, but patiently explained our symtom to us, and it works!

Have been to this clinic since it started. Wonderful doctors, but Dr Sudbury one of the best I have ever met - helping myself and my family over many years.

Excellent service. Dr Derek Scurry knew exactly what I needed and was able to solve it there and then without a referral to a dermatologist. If only I'd had a clinic like this on my side of the country!

Dr Dreck Scurry is not professional !!He supposed give me the Ultrasound ref letter as well !!I until I found out while I waiting to do my Ultrasound !!Unbelievable and was asking for delivery immediately they call back after 45mims !!!!And I wasted my day and put my first kid in after school class arrange everything last mins !!If the rules change now need it why you not give me the referral letter !!!I”m pregnant and wear the mask to walking around in hospital to get in done !!!At the end of the day I can’t get it done !!!So I not suggest you to go to this place

Went here to check out some headaches I've been having. Doctor Evans requested a blood test. 5 hours later get an email (not a phone call or text) saying Dr Evans got an after hours call from pathology and I URGENTLY need to go to an ER for cardiac tests. I ask the triage here reads the email, has no idea what it's on about and the results aren't on file, the clinic is obviously closed after hours, no one responds to my immediate email replies and so now I'm waiting in ER with no proper contact from Dr. Evans, the clinic, and can't get in contact so I can even get the blood test results so now I need to have another blood test at the ER which is going to take even longer and they don't even know what they're testing for because no one can get the info they need. I'm terrified from the lack of infomation, professionalism or care for their patients. Sitting in the ER for hours makes me think about life regrets and one of them was trusting these guys. That's my experience here. Go so where else.

I had an appointment with Dr Chin yesterday and had a really upsetting experience.As I lay on the floor, typing this, in severe pain at 1am, I explained to her that I’ve been experiencing tremendous pain, possibly from a pinched nerve. She moved my arm that didn’t trigger the pain (and I wasn’t going to fake it), and gave up.She didn’t really seem to listen to me and prescribed me painkillers 50% weaker than what I was taking because she misinterpreted what I said. The pain I’ve been experiencing was so intense that it made me nauseous. The anti-inflammatory is weak. I wasn’t looking for someone to validate my confirmation bias, but what I was prescribed was not helpful.As we’ve moved, we wanted to find a GP we can go to and depend on moving forward (essentially a family doctor). I absolutely recommend staying away from this doctor if you want to be taken seriously.But, the admin staff we very friendly and warm when greeted - this review isn’t a reflection on them, just me on the floor in pain, not feeling heard. Going to have to see another doctor.

I went to a doctor in the clinic because my daughter has a high fever for two days the doctor checked on her and said she is fine only red throat but nothing to worry about and she checked her ears and also said it’s good, I went to another doctor the same day and my daughter had ear infection and the other doctor gave her antibiotic.I spoke with the clinic manager and explained for her and she said we don’t give antibiotic from the first, but the problem that the doctor didn’t say that there may be infection in the ears or I need to come back and check on her earsWasted my time
