This was my first ever time trying to get my First Aid and CPR certificate, I had the pleasure of having Diana as my teacher for the morning and afternoon session. She took care of me and assisted the class through the course while still being able to have good conversation in between! Highly recommend First Aid Academy if you are a first timer like I was, or if you’re a returning member

I've done here my first aid, cpr and O2 provider. Best First Aid Training I've ever done!It was about 8 hours but the time really flew by and our Trainer Dermot made everything really entertaining and interesting. I've really enjoyed it and learned so much cool stuff! Big recommendation!

I completed my First Aid & CPR Cert with the help of Alexa - she was fantastic at keeping us all engaged throughout the course. Many interesting stories were shared. I highly recommend the team at FAA. I have already started spreading the word!

Very professional, practical and thorough, backed up by relevant personal experiences which differ from trainer to trainer. The group scenario with my work colleagues was a worthwhile exercise. It is a pleasure to attend their courses and I’m looking forward to the CPR refresher in 2024.

Kim is great! I really loved the way she explains things. I did First Aid and CPR so I was there morning and afternoon but she made so relaxed that I didn't feel it as a long day at all.I am more than satisfied with First Aid Academy.

The one day First Aid course including CPR was excellent.Kath is a skilled and effective trainer and very clearly covered all aspects of the course.The idea that I would be immobilised by a lack of knowledge and unable to help to someone (at home, work, or in the community) in need of CPR or First Aid was the motivation for me to undertake the training.I now feel confident (and extra good) that I could be helpful to someone in need of First Aid assistance.I couldn't recommend the training more highly.

John was super knowledgeable. I have done done plenty of first aid courses but i still learnt heaps on the day. He made the day pretty fun as well. Thumbs up from me.
