Hi this is a very beautiful Salon I've been going to this Salon for many years loved it Asumi Japanese lady spot on I use to have my hair done every fortnight my husband died from cancer 2years ago Gloria Johnston

Went in this morning to get a trim and a style cut. She did nothing! All she did is spray something in my hair blow dry it then got a shaver and evened the bottem. cost me 50 and my hair still looks the same. Save your money everyone

Had a good experience here. Lady was lovely who cut my hair and helped me in ways I can look after my hair to make it have more hydration.

Very poor experienceInexperienced staff. They literally have no idea how to do hair colouring. Very disappointingEveryone has different texture of hairs and it is the hairstylist job to understand which color to use to achieve the desired result.Will never recommend. Save your money

Never again, given them way too many chances as it is, last haircut was the worst I’ve had. I’m pretty sure my hair was cut by the woman who now owns the salon, spent the whole time talking to other people in the salon, stunk of cigarette, was really rough. Cut my sideburns at completely different lengths and still charged me weekend rates on a Tuesday. Salon opens at 9 but she opened the doors at 8:55, I literally called my wife at 9:04 to say I was finished. Never again

My partner got their hair done and asked for it cut to her collarbone as well as some face framing. She ended up paying $70 and it was cut to a shorter length than she asked for, and the face framing looks very janky with one side longer than the other. When we called the store and told them this, the woman who answered was so rude and told me she cut it to where she asked for, which is not true. Don’t go here even if it’s your last resort

Went in for a simple cut. My exact words: “just lop it off at the shoulders and remove some of the dead ends. Cuts listed on board as $35. Fine. Cut done in under 10 mins, and thinned out my hair while it was DRY. Spoke about 2 words to me the whole time. Tried to charge me $50 for the cut??? And then referred to the board with the fine print ‘from’ $35. Failed to explain any reason for the extra charges other than ‘you had a full restyle’ I did not. Was told I’m the only person who’s ever complained about this as well! Lies, according to your long line of people saying the same thing in your reviews. Ended up having to pay $45 or they would not let me leave!!! Do not go here they are rude and will rip you off and then try to make you feel bad about it!! Change your sign!!! Will be contacting the centre management about this too. Criminal!

I got my hair cut and coloured here a bit ago. Split dye magenta and black and a wolf cut. The hairdresser who did my hair was so lovely. I have extreme anxiety and this was my first time getting my hair coloured professionally. My hair was stained badly by box dye but the hairdresser did her best and got such a beautiful colour for my hair. Wonderful service. My phone didn’t charge and they found me a charger there to calm my anxiety. Absolutely lovely staff it’s my favourite place to get my hair done. Going back soon hopefully!!They asked what my budget was and set realistic examples while also being very accomodating and caring to anxiety.They’re also wonderful hype people. Every time I have been there they have made me feel so happy about my hair and the work they did on it even if they didn’t work on it. They seem so happy and proud of each other and will also get you a stylist that’s better at certain cuts than them to ensure you get the best results.

My sister came in to get her hair cut and was very excited to. When we walked in they told her to sit down and waited 10-20 minutes. They came over and then the hairdresser said he can’t cut her hair because it was “to messy” and refused to do her hair this is extremely unprofessional and disappointing behaviour. My sister then left almost in tears. Do not come to this hairdresser.
