One if the better massage/treatments I have had in a very long time. My therapist was amazing. So polite. I found via scoopon and so glad i did. I had the Lavender package and was worth every cent and very well priced for what they offer. My massage therapist knew exactly what she was doing as everytime she hit knots and tight/sore spots she worked the area and by the end my body is feeling instantly relaxed and less tight. She massaged places that didn't hurt to me but could feel when she worked on it. It's such a little hidden gem very clean and comfortable.I was offered some beautiful ginger tea for after to help with muscle relaxation and I will also recommend that (I did purchased that also).I travelled 30 mins to try and will most certainly be returning and recommending others.Thank you I feel fantastic!

The ambience is beautifully set up, background music with calming oil scents. Walked in to a lovely cup of ginger tea(definitely a tea lover) making this a highlight.The session was relaxing, and took the whole hour. 100% recommend and will definitely be back.

I have to start by saying my masseuse was okay (didn't manage to get her name) however my sister's masseuse (Nora) was horrible!Few issues:1. I originally booked my appointment for 1045am but someone texted me requesting we come at 1030am instead as they have customers at 12pm. So we arrived 1020am. But when we arrived, Nora was relaxing on the couch on her phone (which is fine) but as soon as customers arrive, shouldn't you get up to greet them? It was only when we were standing around awkwardly, she proceeded to stand up then invited us to sit. (Chairs were dusty). Appointment didn't end up starting till 1045am which was my original time I booked anyways. So, we came almost 25 min earlier for nothing.2. Both my sister and I are paying full price for our 1.5 hour treatment and initially Nora made it so awkward in terms of choosing our aroma oil. She gave some lame excuse that we had to choose the same oil because we are in the same treatment room? What logic is that?3. During the massage, some lady walked into the spa centre and starting shouting names. Hello?! This is a spa centre not your house. You shouldn't just assume there would be no clients? Not only that, she barged into one of the treatment rooms calling out for Nora and someonelse then only was she told to ssshh" but bit too late for that isn't it? When you've disrupted someone's treatment.4. My sister said Nora was so rough during her treatment I.e. just chuck the eyebag on her eyes instead of gently placing them

Massage was pretty good and the rooms are nice but my therapist took her phone out halfway during my massage (i know because she was massaging me with one hand then a video started playing next to my ear which she quickly turned off). This was quite disappointing and ruined the mood for me. Won't be returning because of this - that level of unprofessionalism just isn't worth the price.
