We had water leaking through into a bedroom from our bathroom but didn't know where the leak was coming from. I called Russell and he came the next day and did a dye test and was able to find the leak quickly and offer suggestions on how to repair. Russell always provides great service and has good prices. I never feel like we are being ripped off and provided with things we don't need. Russell is polite, friendly and he always cleans up when he is finished.

Highly recommend Russell from Aspire Plumbing & Gas! We we moved into our first home in mid-December and in heavy rain noticed that water was seeping inside and wetting the carpet. The following morning I called Russell and even though he had a busy day and was already at another job, he managed to find the time to come to our home where he immediately identified. He explained the problem so I could easily understand, repaired a downpipe/stormwater connection contributing to the issue and provided recommendations for next steps which ultimately stopped further water finding its way inside. We are so thankful to Russell for his professional work.

Professional, honest, hardworking! Having recently moved into an older home with loads of DIY dodgy plumbing, we were in need of a trustworthy plumber to fix a few things! Russ transformed what was initially a hot mess of random pipes where an old hot water system was, installed new copper pipes for hot and cold water, made a temporary washing machine tap for use during our Reno’s and simply and Cleary explained every step along the way! Highly recommend!

My parents’ hot water tank was getting really old and they were considering either replacing it or changing to a continuous hot water system.. we ended up using local business Aspire Plumbing & Gas and from the get go Russell was great. He turned up, he listened to what they wanted, he discussed pros and cons with them, explained what work would be required, provided a reasonable quote, organised the other tradies required and got the job done within a decent timeframe. My parents were really impressed with the service provided. We highly recommend!

We've been serviced by a number of plumbers but Russell is exceptional and truly value his customers. The service fee is considerable and he still give time to his customers even the work has been done. We had an issue with our water heater and Russell called Rinnai immediately to have it fixed. Hopefully we won't encounter any more problem, but as Russell is always ready to listen and help, I know he will accommodate us once again if need arises. Hats off to Russell!

Just want to say Russell did a fabulous job for my tenants.I rang Russell on a Saturday, he was busy however he got over there fixed the blocked pipes (wasn't as easy as it sounds).He helped a mother with a baby that needed theKitchen sink.Hope Aspire Plumbing do other areas cause I will be passing on their name and number.Thanks again Russell,Brilliant.

Spoke with Russell to arrange a same day call out. He wasn’t able to attend due to a burst water pipe but sent his colleague Nathan. Service was amazing and he was friendly and knowledgeable. Went the extra mile with the added little touches and the bill was a nice surprise too. Would certainly go back next time I have a plumbing need.

Second time we have used Aspire plumbing and honestly Russell is amazing. I contacted him the previous night and was here the next day, he is very knowledgeable in his work and always does a fantastic job. Highly recommend.
