Definitely this store is a brand and the brand is to be represented properly by the staff working in the place. I wish I could give more stars to this place but unfortunately 1 is the only rating thAt I could think of. As i was in the store looking confused, no sales staff came n approached me for help though one of them looked very very very free. Instead, one long hair staff was trying to dodge me n was ridiculously ignorant. The other was helpful after I asked for. I tried few shirts n some suits.Staff were not interested to know why was I looking for tux or the suit if they had asked me they can suggest me with more options as shopping is an overwhelming task for lots of people. This is I believe a normal practice in any store regardless of the size of store n how busy they are. BTW, store was not busy when i was in there.As i was trying few things, it was around 4pm. The staff had audacity to say that: maybe you should leave now and come tomorrow. They had not provided us with extra time or warned us 10 minutes before closing or even gently asked if I found what i was looking for. I felt discriminated. All these behaviours show how a good brand can be badly represented because of staff behaviour towards its customers. I really hope this does not happen to other customers and I definitely won’t be visiting them anytime in future and spread my experience so that others are aware.

James was extremely helpful with assisting my fiancé in finding the perfect suit for our wedding. We really didn’t have much of an idea what we were doing, however with James’s knowledge and expertise he really made the experience so easy and stress free! We really can’t thank James enough for his help when we went in basically clueless. Not only was he extremely helpful in finding the perfect suit, he was extremely friendly and kind and made my fiancé feel so at ease and was happy to answer all the questions we had. We will definitely be recommending everyone who needs a suit to go to this store to purchase one. Thank you so very much for all your help!!

I have purchased a suit , shirt and accessories today the service was superb. I went for a fitting several weeks ago and was served but James his attention to detail was amazing he contacted me when my suit was ready and his service today exceptional. He knows his trade above what you expect. Strongly recommend the Toowoomba Store for service and attitude.

Nice shop with plenty of good quality product and friendly staff that are willing to go the extra mile to assist you with your purchase. However, it was a little expensive for my wallet.

What a pleasure to have both Andy and James looking after us. We went to get ‘kitted’ out for a black tie event. Guided by their expertise and good taste, we let them do what they obviously do best. Their customer service is exceptional and being new to the area, we felt very lucky to have ‘discovered’ the store…Many thanks to you both and look forward to seeing you again..

James was absolutely fantastic today. He made the experience of choosing a suit, shirts, ties and boots for my husband really easy. His knowledge and experience was evident when he chose the correct sizes basically just by looking at my husband. His colour choices in shirts and ties were spot on. Pinned the length of the suit pants and will have them hemmed for latter pick up. He listened to what we wanted and was extremely helpful. It was an absolute pleasure to be served by such a polite young gentleman. Would highly recommend a visit to Peter Jackson Menswear. Well done James. Thank you.
