Macarthur Land Rover

Very poor service. Since I bought my Range Rover car, I got this serviced with them for 3 years. But they never noticed or told me that the handle on the door is fitted wrongly. When I brought this to their attention they at first told me that they would fix this without cost. But later said I would have to pay $223 . I went to another Jaguar Landrover centre & they fixed this at the cost of $112. Will never go back to this centre again. Very inefficient & expensive. I would rate them -5 stars if would have chance.

I ordered my first Range Rover 11 months ago and the service has been diabolical. Not only was I given several pick up dates, on the final confirmed date, the sales team failed to produce correct invoices for my novated leasing company. I am day 2 without a car and no solution has been offered. I ordered my own vehicle online and the only interaction the team had was to place the order of the vehicle. At this vehicle price point, I expected more. I’m without a car and no communication around pick up has been made. Service is unacceptable. Do not use this dealership.

The team at MacArthur Land Rover were amazing and helpful with all our car needs. The team were not pushy and they were really patient with us from day 1, and took care of everything we wanted in our Velar and answered all our questions. Thank you to Andrew and Adrian for their wonderful service, it was a smooth process with the whole team from deciding which car we wanted to purchase and deliver, would definitely highly recommend the team!!

Great team - Anghelo got us into a very nice used Land Rover Discovery Sport HSE - delivery was seemless and professional. First service also very good and we really love the car.

Purchased my wife's car at Macarthur Land Rover over the weekend and couldn't be more impressed and pleased with the service provided. Both Isaac and Tiana were consummate professionals and made us feel very welcome and at ease with the whole process. Isaac was extremely knowledgeable and allowed us to test drive the vehicle without any pushy sales tactics. Tiana especially went out of her way to ensure we understood all the options and guided us through the finance process. Purchased a brand new car. Took months more than was initially quoted. It was delivered and the air conditioner does not work. Unable to have it repaired for over 10 days. Still waiting. Have 4 kids to transport in the car along the freeway to day care, boiling hot, need to have windows down, still poor ventilation. Terrible experience. Will not be buying another Land Rover.

As a 1st time buyer of Land Rover, Isaac went through all of my options to build me an amazing car. Overall is good. Booked my car service through the website, received confirmation email. Just a week later, received a booking cancellation email says Thank you for contacting us to cancel your service booking". I never cancel the booking
