Insanely chill guy named Aiden worked overtime for me. Extremely helpful to a nutri-newbie like me. The products he recommended me had some scientific names so I was unattracted at first, but he de-bunked them very well and persuaded me! A-1 salesman!The product was called trenbolone enanthate"... Pretty intimidating right?! Especially since it was a syringe... but Aiden explained it perfectly and made it make sense! It's only been three weeks and I've already seen some crazy muscle growth! And maybe some shrinkage in other areas... 10/10 WILL VISIT AGAIN!Thanks Aiden!-Joseph"

Poor customer service. The two females were too busy small talking about their gym workouts at the counter instead of greeting/helping the customer for guidance. Upon purchase had to ask for a reciept....( really!) shouldn't have to do this.My partner bought supplements a day before she also recieved a protein shaker from the helpful male .I spent more and didn't recieve same treatment and horrible service. I'm sorry not good enough.

Staff are always knowledgeable and super helpful especially Chace who is always willing to take the time to help me decide on my pre workout and protein choices and takes the time to explain the differences between products and which would be best for me and what I want to achieve! 10/10 would recommend

Called ahead to ask if they had prime and was rudely asked to stop calling them as they stated I had called 5 times when this was my first call, then drove 45 minutes to buy the prime and when I arrived at 3:30pm the store was closed despite their website and door stating they close at 4pm I attempted to call them with no reply and then called Marsden Park who tried to get in contact with this store but was also unable though they kindly offered to stay open for us to come to their store.

I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for exceptional customer experience, service, knowledge and products. Every time I have come here the experience has been beyond 5star. Chase is extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well as super friendly. He always has a big smile on his face, makes you feel super welcome and is more than happy to take the time to help you figure out what the right product is for you and your goals. The shop also has easy parking and is easily accessible which is important as a busy mum... I will continue to be a regular customer here!
