Beware of scam! Started off bad with them not showing for their 3hr window of 11-2pm and not calling until 1.50pm to reschedule to the next day 12-3pm. The next day called at 2.20pm to say they were running behind. Asked them to confirm that they could be there by 5pm as I had to pick up kids and they confirmed they could. Rang at 5pm and after 15min was told they were not coming- was just going to not show. Keep in mind that you have to pay $150 for them to come out already paid over the phone. Had to reschedule for a week later, their next avail not mine. Finally they arrived on that window. Tech was very nice however quoted me $7000 for a 2.5kw split system cooling only. Absolutely ridiculous. Declined the work but now $150 out of pocket and 10hr of my life I won’t get back waiting for them. Do your research… the same Mitsubishi system they quoted is for sale at Harvey normal for $900. There are no complicated installs for it as it’s going on an outside wall. Previously had a same size split installed by Harvey Norman all up $1500. Very disappointing service and feel this is a scam to get the call out fee. $150 for 15min work right. Asked for a manager to call me and no response.

It’s a scam! They are the same people as Mr Emergency. They charged a call out fee of $142 which had to be prepaid, which they said was for diagnosing the issue then they would give a quote for the job. Our aircon needs adjustment of the airflow to one of the zones. The technician came and spent 5 minutes looking at the switches and the aircon unit on the wall outside and then quoted $2,509 to $3,500 for the job!!

I had been experiencing inconsistent cooling from my air conditioner for quite some time. After numerous failed attempts to fix it myself, I finally decided to call in the experts. They arrived promptly, thoroughly inspected the system, and identified the underlying issue. Their expertise and efficient repair work have restored my AC to its former glory. Couldn't be happier!

After cancelling the first appointment they finally came a week later also another hour later than promised. The technician only switched on the unit and then proceeded to walk around tapping on his ipad for a further 40 min. He did not do anything else to try to see why our aircon was only blowing out normal air and not cooling down. This total waste of time and money cost us $140. He then promptly quoted us $4500 for a full service and fault check. What an extortion. I will never use or recommend them to anyone.

I called this company on Monday 30.01.23 to have someone come out to my brothers house to price on having his Air-conditioning system fixed. I notified them that some of the zones where not working when the system was on. At no time did I ask them for a quote on getting the system “rejuvenated” I wanted a pricing on fixing the zone issue.An appointment was booked for Wednesday 1.02.23 between 3-6 pm I then paid the requested call out fee of $141.90.On Wednesday I drove the half hour to my brothers house and waited until around 4.15 and thought to call them to see if I could get an update on timing,. I was tod that the tech had his “hands full” and could we re schedule for Friday the 3.02.23. Obviously I was not happy that I had been waiting around and would have still been waiting at 6pm if I hadn’t called. I was asked if it could be rebooked for the Friday, which I didOn Friday when you tech came out, all he did was look at the indoor control panel and the outside unit and them proceeded to send a quote for “A jet clean and rejuvenation of ducted air conditioner” package valued at a whooping $3039.90. This is not what I asked for, I asked for a quote to fix what was wrong with the zones. Their tech didn’t even have a look in the roof at the ducts or motor/s. How could he even know what was wrong with the system by looking at the panel and the unit outside. No tests were done to check anything.So all in all I paid $141.90, lost 3 hours of my time for nothing, an aircon that still isn't fixed, and no idea what is wrong with it.So if you want a quote on getting your reverse cycle air con fixed save your money and call another company
