Highly recommend Venergy , a local company that really care absolutely great professional experience from start to finish. After extensive research into solar Venergy installed a 10.5 kw system on our roof in late December 2022. James was our consultant and he was very informative, explained everything clearly, answered our many questions and concerns. The installers (not contractors) consulted and communicated with us throughout the installation regarding the best location for panels and walked us through the operation and monitoring system.

Absolutely great experience and great service, James was out solar consultant and explained very thing very well and made the process super easy and super quick. The solar install was a very clean and tidy job, was done extremely well! The solar aside they were able to help with another electrical issue I had in the switch board which was dealt with quickly and solved at a good price.We now recommend Venergy to all our family and friends, faultless experience 10/10. It was great dealing with Venergy Australia for our Solar Panels.Craig was very helpful in getting us started and followed our install to completion.We had 40 panels installed on our roof totalling 16.66 kW. Over the last 7months we have generated enough credits on our energy bill to be able to use extra electricity with heating over the winter months. When the feed-in tariffs drops, we will be contacting them again for battery installation.Thanks Craig and to all the Venergy staff that made this happen.

Great experience from beginning to end.The world of solar seemed quite daunting with all of the info available, but I felt comfortable selecting Venergy as my retailer - they were highly professional and know their stuff.Mark gave great recommendations and options to suit my needs.I can't fault the after sales service either, James and his team were highly attentive.I ended up with a 10kw Enphase system, which I've had no issues with. Highly recommend Venergy.

I needed to replace a system where the inverter had failed. James came out for a site inspection and provided me with advice on the best way forward. The old system was removed and the new one fitted the same day. Communication with Venergy was good throughout the process. The installers were prompt, courteous, tidy and helpful. The system has been working well for several months now and the results are great.
